Oscar II class
Oscar II class is a nuclear-powered submarine operated by Russian Navy, powered by 2 OK-650, twin of about 190 MWt each. Operating.
A cruise-missile submarine built to sink American carrier groups from beneath the surface, and the class the submarine Kursk belonged to before it was lost with all hands in 2000 when its own torpedo exploded. Several remain in service.

Worked out from the entries on this site only, so a figure compares Oscar II class with what is recorded here, not with everything that exists. An entry with no value for a measure is left out of that measure's ranking and median.
